Colnago Warranty Information
Colnago warranties its frame and fork against manufacturing defect of imperfections for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase from an authorized Colnago dealer.
Colnago will, at its discretion, repair or replace such defective product within the warranty period. In an event Colnago decided to replace the defective product(s) and the said products was no longer in production, Colnago hereby reserves the right to replace the product with an equivalent one.
Warranty Condition and Limitations
This warranty only applies to the “Original First Owner” of the Colnago Product(s) which are written into the Colnago’s owner manual. Colnago does not warranty any second hand merchandise.
This Warranty Does Not Cover The Following.
- Transportation or shipping charges.
- Accidental damages
- Abuse , alteration, misuse and mishandling
- Repair works performed by anyone other than an authorized Colnago dealer
- Prolonged exposure of the product to abrasive elements/products (e.g. heat, strong solvents, high pressure water jets, etc)
